TRASH: Pick up on Monday mornings
The Association's trash removal service contract is with Caselle, formally Pinard Waste Systems Inc. located on River Road in Hooksett. Trash cans are provided to each unit owner.
They use trucks with remote arm capability that only require a driver. They pick up trash on Monday mornings and will only pick up what is in a container; they will not pick up loose bags. If there is a holiday on Monday, they will sometimes pick up on Monday but most often wait until Tuesday.
Trash cans may be set out Sunday evening for Monday pickup and should be stored back in your garage on the same day the trash is picked up. Your cooperation is highly valued.
RECYCLING: THERE IS NO PICK UP AT GWCA.
The Town of Hooksett has a Recycling and Transfer Station located on West River Road, Route 3A. It is open to Hooksett residents 6 days a week, Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm; Saturday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm. GWCA does not offer any pick up service to this facility.
